Our Big Bow Cabin accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 queen-sized beds, two twin beds and fold-down futon with 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Full-sized kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs. Choose to fly fish on our portion of the Conejos River or just relax but you are sure to have a great time. Private fly fishing on the river and/or pond is an additional fee. Please contact us prior to booking for availability.  Up to 2 dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee.

Please note that there will be a 6.9% Lodging Tax added per stay. Private fly fishing is available by reservation only depending on availability and is not included in the nightly rate. Fly fishing on our portion of the Conejos River is a $60 per rod fee for guests staying on site and $80 per rod for outside guests.Â
